Tesla used the high voltage generated by coils to generate static;
radio waves may be considered alternating static. 
We take Tesla's word that he made millions of volts even though many
continue to lie about Tesla. This example shows the possible force
that may be established from a million volts



Billion Billion tons of Force

Naturally force translates to acceleration when divided by mass.

Taking known formulations, lets estimate what may be the factors
in Tesla's design for a metal craft acting as a large positive 
charge.

The mechanism or model of the saucer is not unlike that of a
High School physics teacher holding a string with a pith ball
at the end in a static electricity demonstration. The string is
now an electron beam of perhaps equal charge as the craft it
lifts and can move from side to side. 

A dynamic look can give 40,000 tons of force, a static look
gives an incredible billion billion tons of force for the
craft to move around.

The 40,000 ton came from voltages less than one million, the
BB tons is of course from a million volt stress.

Now the formulation must start some where so the saucer is
considered a giant capacitor.  However it is considered a large
positive charge reaction with a beam of electrons. Since
the charge is separated into positive ions surrounding the craft
and an electron beam of negative charge sent above the craft.

The Force between charges is F = eQ1Q2 divided by the separation
squared. Where Q1 is the positive charge and Q2 is the charge
in the beam of negative electrons.

Now the fancy integration might take circles of charge over
a sphere acting on a line of charge at a distance. Lets call
this factor Effective Square of the Separation (ESS) and
the Q1 = Q2= Saucer Capacitance (farads) times M volts. 

There is another factor e so F = eQ1Q2/ESS, e = MM meters/farad
Q1Q2 = MM farad farad volts volts giving newtons.

Newtons to tons factors by 10,000 giving Force = 10BB/(ESS)
where the incremental forces go from a distance of zero to
infinity in an averaging integral.

An exercise in many assumptions to see the possibilities.
Due to the AC generated static charges and pulsed charges
there are bound to be various light displays besides large
static emissions.
